Working Requirements

Monash Villarreal FC  is excited to announce that we have coaching positions available across all age groups.

The club is under Spanish La Liga club, Villarreal CF – offering players a pathway to test themselves in the European stage, and coaching education and development opportunities to willing candidates.

The club has recently appointed Nacho Ferrer as the new Technical Director and Head of Coaching Under Ferrer’s guidance, who holds a UEFA Pro License and is a former Real Madrid Academy Coach.

Regarding the coaching positions, we are actively looking for experienced coaches (Licences are preferred) for our 11-a-side teams. Teams train 2 or 3 times a week depending on the competition, and the locations could be Hughesdale, Oakleigh, or Brighton.

We are always open to applications so, although experience is an advantage, willingness to learn and passion for the sport/kids' development are of paramount importance.
