At Monash Villarreal FC, our coaching staff goes the extra mile to evaluate each player’s skill level and competence. This ensures that every player is placed in the program that best suits their individual needs, experience, and aspirations.
Advanced players may be invited to join and train with our U7 and U8 Squads.
Age and skill-specific training plans, ensuring tailored development for each player.
Weekly training sessions lasting 60 minutes.
Exceptional players may receive direct entry into the 2024 Monash Villarreal FC Squads.
Advanced players could be invited to train with our U7 and 8K Squads, exposing them to a competitive environment that boosts their confidence and skill.

Our Groguet Development plan serves as the foundation for players’ soccer journey, introducing them to the game’s fundamental principles. This includes understanding goal scoring, ball in/out of play, and the core concepts of soccer.
Players will be initiated into basic skills like ball striking, dribbling, first touch, and ball mastery.
